By purchasing our products, you attest to the following:

• You are at least 18 years of age and will consult a physician prior to consuming any of our products.
• You will not give nor allow anyone under the age of 18 years of age to consume any of our products.
• You will not over-indulge in any of our products that would put your health at risk.
• You acknowledge that our products are produced by wild honeybees and therefore understand that no quality control is in place. Again, our honey is RAW.
• You acknowledge that our honey is raw, pure, unfiltered, and contains GRAYANOTOXINS. See lab results page.
• You acknowledge that 3700honey LLC is not liable, and therefore indemnified, for any adverse effects you or anyone else may experience by consuming any of our products.
• You acknowledge that any statements made have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. 
• You acknowledge that your consumption of our honey is at your own risk.
• Our products are classified as food and therefore are NOT returnable.
• You acknowledge no guarantee of desired effects is expressed or implied.
